We love God through worship, prayer, and obedience to His Word, gathering each week to sing, pray, and sit under the teaching of Scripture.

Loving Others

We love others through fellowship, compassion, and practical care for our neighbors, welcoming newcomers, checking on the sick, and building real relationships inside and outside the church family.

Serving Christ

We serve Christ by sharing the Gospel and serving the Thrasher community and surrounding areas through outreach and ministry.

What We Are Committed To

For more than 100 years, Thrasher Baptist Church has been grounded in biblical Christian practice. We are committed to the authority of Scripture, to prayer, to worship, to discipleship, to evangelism, to fellowship, and to service.

Our Home in the Thrasher Community

Thrasher Baptist Church has a physical home in the Thrasher community, where the doors are open and the sign out front welcomes neighbors with service times. It is a visible, familiar landmark that reflects the enduring presence of this church family here.
